COCAINE found in White House: Preliminary Secret Service testing shows the white powder that sparked the hazmat situation was an illegal drug

  • A uniformed Secret Service agent found a suspicious white powder substance during a routine inspection of the White House on Sunday
  • Preliminary testing determined the substance was cocaine
  • The discovery prompted an evacuation of the White House — Biden was not there at the time

Cocaine was found on the White House grounds Sunday night and the Secret Service is investigating the incident that led to the vacating of the grounds.

A dispatch call reviewed by shows the substance was found in the White House library – and a preliminary test found the white powder tested positive for cocaine, a Washington Post official familiar with the investigation said.

The discovery came two days after Joe Biden’s son Hunter, 52, visited the White House on Friday, sharpening the ears of conservatives who speculate that the president’s drug-addicted son is the source of the illegal substance.

Far-right Newsmax anchor Robb Schmitt said: “It wouldn’t be a great Fourth of July weekend without Hunter Biden tearing lines off a bust of Teddy Roosevelt.”

A Twitter journalist with nearly 200,000 followers wrote, “Cocaine was found in the White House and Hunter Biden is currently residing in the White House.” The FBI has no idea who owns it. Does anyone want to help you?’

US Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gulielmi told the Post that further tests were being conducted to confirm whether the substance was an illegal drug.

He also said that President Joe Biden was not at the President’s mansion when the substance was discovered.

Authorities are investigating how the cocaine got into the White House.

A uniformed member of the USSS found the white powder substance during a routine tour of the White House.

The discovery of the illegal drug prompted a brief evacuation of the White House.

The DC firefighting team that responded to the call determined the substance posed no danger – and a recorded message from the fire department confirmed tests were for cocaine.

“We have a yellow bar that says cocaine hydrochloride,” a firefighter with the DC Hazardous Materials Division radioed at 8:49 a.m. Sunday, according to the Post.

“Pack it up and take it out,” the fireman ordered.

Hunter Biden, who is known to struggle with substance abuse, was at the White House on Friday before heading to Camp David with his father for the July 4th bank holiday weekend.

The President and his son claim he has overcome his addiction.

Most recently, the younger Biden reached a settlement with Justice Department prosecutors to avoid jail time after he lied on a federal firearm purchase form. He ticked a box and stated that he did not use or be addicted to any illegal substances – a fact that would bar him from purchasing the gun.

The form contradicts the timelines and claims in Hunter Biden’s own memoir.

Biden critics and conservatives slammed Hunter’s deal, claiming that anyone other than the president’s son would face jail time for the same offense.

The deal also saw Hunter plead guilty to two tax offenses.
