Prince George steals the show in Wimbledon debut

It wouldn’t be a British sporting event without a young royal’s goofy faces stealing the show.

The eldest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton made a surprise appearance at the Wimbledon final on Sunday, weeks after his little brother Prince Louis went viral for his zany facial expressions at the Queen’s Jubilee.

The 8-year-old king joined his parents in the royal box during the men’s final and was seen with funny faces throughout the game.

Wearing a blue suit, Prince George sat between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as they watched defending champion Novak Djokovic take on Nick Kyrgios.

The boy was photographed picking his nose once before grimacing and narrowing his eyes.

Meanwhile, Kate, 40, stunned in a black and white polka dot dress which she paired with dark hues, silver jewelry and white slingback pumps.

Prince William, 40, looked just as dapper in a brown jacket over a light blue button-down shirt. He completed the look with dark blue pants and sunglasses.

George’s performance was reminiscent of William’s first appearance at Wimbledon in 1991, when he attended the women’s final alongside his late mother, Princess Diana.

The young royal recently witnessed his 4-year-old brother’s wild behavior at Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant last month.

George was seen laughing and covering his eyes with his hands while Louis raised his hands in the air and made two peace signs with his fingers.

William and Kate’s eldest child looked at his father, who also seemed amused while Louis was joking around.

While George seemed to get a kick out of Louis’ antics, her sister, Princess Charlotte, took it upon herself to try to get her younger brother to behave properly.

Charlotte, 7, was seen swearing at Louis after her mum made efforts to get the mini royal to behave.
