‘It’s like [the family] I want to get her out of the picture forever,” the insider continued. “Harry and Meghan have to move out by early summer. At first they were only given weeks, but now they have at least until after the coronation.’
Incredibly, Charles has reportedly offered the keys to Frogmore to Harry’s disgraced uncle, Prince Andrew – who appears to be “resisting” because he wants to stay at his larger Windsor Royal Lodge, where he reportedly earns $300 a week for a state-subsidized 30- year old villa with 98 hectares of land and a swimming pool.

As well as being frequented by a slew of Hollywood stars, the San Vicente Bungalows also offer the ultimate in privacy — one of the reasons they’ve become so popular with stars who want to let loose without worrying about who might watch.
The venue is known for enforcing incredibly strict data protection rules, and much of its inner workings is kept secret — save for the staggering $4,200 per year membership fee for anyone over 35, which is a relatively reasonable $1,800 per year.
For this sky-high price, members are offered the utmost privacy; Guests are required to cover their phone’s camera lens with a sticker upon arrival, are prohibited from speaking or posting about the venue on social media, and photography and videography of any kind are prohibited at the club.
GQ reported that SVB participants even have to sign an “agreement” and face penalties if they pull out their phones to record in public areas.
“Posting pictures of the club on social media or discussing things that members and their guests see during their visit is also strictly prohibited,” the SVB’s website reads.
Only its rigorously vetted members — GQ claimed in 2019 it had around 750 at the time, but it’s believed to have grown since then — are allowed to make hotel or restaurant reservations.

King Charles reportedly began evicting the Sussexes from their British home after Spare was released
It’s unclear if Harry and Meghan are currently members of the club or if they were present as guests of other members – however, it wouldn’t be the first time the couple has chosen a private members’ club as a place for a date night.
In fact, the couple enjoyed their very first date at another exclusive club – Soho House in London – where they could hide from the public eye.
In his memoirs, Harry told about the moment when he first saw his future wife in person when they met at 76 Dean Street in London.
He wrote of her outfit: “She wore a black sweater, jeans and heels. I didn’t know anything about clothes, but I knew they were fancy.
He explained how before they first met, he was stuck in traffic and had to text to explain that he was going to be late.
Harry said he ended up arriving half an hour late, “red cheeked, panting, sweaty” and apologized. The pair had a beer together before Meghan headed off to separate dinners – however, they met the next day for a second date at the same location before the former actress had to fly back to Canada to start filming the TV show to continue suits.
But while the Sussexes’ first two dates stayed very under the radar – until Harry revealed all the details in his book – their outing last night was anything but.

Hours after the couple’s date, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert released a new clip of Harry – filmed in New York a month ago – in which he answered rapid-fire questions about his life.
When asked about life after death, Harry said he believes humans are reborn as animals when they die and that he wants to be an elephant. He also nodded to his departure from the royal family when asked to describe the rest of his life in five words, replying: “Freedom, happiness, clarity, space, love.”
He also laughed when Colbert admitted he now hates the royal family after reading Spare, saying, “I’m reading this book and I’m like, ‘Get her Harry!'”
However, Colbert added that his wife loves the royals after spending some time in the UK, to which Harry replied: “Wonderful.”
The Duke of Sussex engaged in a quick question-and-answer session called Colbert Questionert with the chat show host, in a segment that didn’t originally air with the rest of his discussion of “Spare.”

Meghan flashed an expensive little ring on her right hand. The design is believed to have been created for her by famed jeweler Lorraine Schwartz and has an estimated value of $62,000

Other responses included declaring “cockpit” when asked if he preferred a window or aisle seat, Gladiator was revealed to be his favorite action film while also telling the story of asking for autographs from England’s rugby world champions while they were “naked,” with their tails hanging out.
The Q&A with Colbert began by asking “the best sandwich,” to which Harry replied, “A cheese and ham toastie with Dijon mustard on it.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are seen in the kitchen at Frogmore Cottage
He and Colbert then discuss the nuances between Americanisms and Britishisms, such as the different uses of the word “fanny” and different pronunciations of “basil”, “oregano”, and “vitamin”.
Harry says: ‘Horseback or horseback riding – where else would you like to ride?’ before gesturing as if to hold on, adding, “This is going to become an instant meme.”
On the next question, he reveals that “torn boxers” is the item he owns but should throw away, and chuckles when the host asks him if they represent “fond memories.”
Describing snakes as the scariest animal, he adds, “I don’t like sharks, but at least they’re trapped in the ocean, snakes can go anywhere.”
When asked if he prefers apples or oranges, Harry points to his hair and replies, “Oranges, duh.”
However, he did not mention the planned eviction of Frogmore Cottage in the clip.
The House of Grace on the Frogmore Estate in Windsor was gifted to the Duke and Duchess by the late Queen for their wedding in 2018 and is the couple’s only remaining residence in the UK.
The cottage is a stone’s throw from Adelaide Cottage – the main residence of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Although billed as a ‘cottage’, the property is more like a five-bedroom mansion with extensive gardens – and underwent a multi-million pound refurbishment in 2018-2019 before Harry and Meghan moved in.
Previously there were five separate properties for staff working on the Windsor Estate.
Harry and Meghan last renewed their lease on the property in May 2022, after Princess Eugenie and her partner – who moved in after the Duke and Duchess left in 2020 – vacated the property by moving to Portugal.
It is not known if they plan to take action against the reported eviction.
