Royal snub?
Prince Harry, 39, and his wife Meghan Markle, 42, have reportedly been barred from the wedding of Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster, 32.
Grosvenor – a godfather to Prince William’s eldest son George and Harry’s son Archie – is expected to invite King Charles III, Queen Camilla William and his wife Kate Middleton to their wedding on June 7 at Chester Cathedral in England.
According to The Times, Grosvenor initially wanted to invite the Sussexes but later decided against it after realizing their presence could overshadow his wedding to 30-year-old Olivia Henson.
“We are unable to comment on the guest list,” a Grosvenor spokesperson told the outlet.

Grosvenor is Charles’ godson – he even played an official role in the monarch’s coronation in May, according to The Times.
“It is incredibly sad that it has come to this. “Hugh is one of the few close friends of William and Harry who maintains strong bonds and close communication with both of them,” an unidentified friend of the estranged princes told the outlet. “He wishes they could put their heads together and sort things out, but realizes that probably won’t happen before the wedding.”
“He wanted to avoid anything overshadowing the day, especially for Olivia, and he doesn’t want any embarrassment,” the pal added.
The Post has contacted representatives for Grosvenor, Prince Harry and Markle for comment.
The report comes shortly after royal expert Omid Scobie published “Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival,” which portrayed several senior members of the House of Windsor in a negative light.
The book, which was temporarily pulled from shelves in the Netherlands after the Dutch version accidentally named two senior royals for allegedly making racist comments, describes what 41-year-old William believes his younger brother is like “brainwashed by an army of therapists.”

Scobie’s 400-page tome also details how Charles, 75, openly mocked Harry and Meghan after the couple released their Netflix series “Harry and Meghan” last year.
“[The Netflix series] “Took the wind out of everyone’s sails,” an unidentified royal aide told Scobie. “[Charles] He went from not wanting anyone to talk about his son to openly criticizing “that idiot.” ”
Another bombshell revealed that William had allegedly tried to undermine Harry and Meghan.

According to the book, William “put his loyalty to the monarchy first” and spread false stories about his brother and sister-in-law to the press.
Friends of William and Kate have since rejected the “outrageous suggestions”.
According to royal expert Sarah Hewson, William has “no plans” to see his little brother again unless he attends an unavoidable event.

“We’ve only seen Harry return for big family occasions – he came with Meghan to the Platinum Anniversary celebrations, he came back to Prince Philip’s funeral and then his grandmother’s funeral. And then of course his father’s coronation, which was only a very fleeting visit,” Hewson told Fabulous via the Sun.
Therefore, Meghan and Harry are not expected to attend the royal family meeting at Sandringham over Christmas.
“It is very difficult to imagine any other occasion, other than perhaps a family funeral, where the brothers would be together in the same place,” Hewson said.
