Prince Harry, 39, appeared to throw shade at the royal family on Saturday for their decision not to allow him to wear his military uniform during the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and the coronation of King Charles III last year. to be worn in May.

The Post has contacted the Duke of Sussex for comment.

A representative told the Post on Sunday: “Look at the speech and you will see there is no truth to it. His words were aimed at the competitors, not anyone else. This is nothing more than clickbait speculation.”

Several British media outlets appear to have taken his words as a dig at the British monarchy, which banned Harry from wearing his military uniform during the Queen’s funeral in September 2022.

According to Buckingham Palace, Harry was not allowed to wear the Blues and Royals’ No. 1 dress uniform because he was no longer a senior family member and had been stripped of his titles in 2020 when he and his wife Meghan Markle, 42, moved to California .

Harry’s alleged swipe comes a day after he celebrated his 39th birthday with Markle on Friday.

Images obtained by The Post show the couple passing a clear pint back and forth while watching a volleyball final at the Games.

The birthday girl was cheering so enthusiastically during the game that the former Suits actress covered her face while her husband celebrated.

They also stopped at the Schumacher Brewery, where they drank beer and ate Wiener Schnitzel, pork knuckle, sausages and mashed potatoes.

They even took a few photos with a few fans and employees of the venue.

Meanwhile, body language expert Judi James told The Mirror that Harry appeared “shy” as he celebrated his birthday.

She argued that his smile was “more reserved” compared to previous tournaments as he “didn’t show off any teeth” at his party. She suggested that Harry was a “no fuss, please birthday boy.”
