Sources claim Prince Harry, 38, has been in talks with ITV news anchor Tom Bradby, 55, for a TV interview to promote his forthcoming memoir, Spare.
Executives at Random House, the publisher of the book due out in January, have spoken to ITV to set up a lengthy on-camera interview with King Charles’ younger son.
A source told The Mirror: “Publishers want Harry to promote Spare in the UK.
“Tom Bradby has been close to Harry for a long time.
‘He’s someone Harry can trust.’

The ITV news anchor told GMA that he had “a few private hearts on hearts” with Harry in 2019
Mr Bradby last worked with the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, and his wife Meghan, 41, during their trip to Africa in 2019.
At the time, Tom Bradby said he “found a couple who seemed a little hurt and vulnerable.”
He added: “We had quite a long conversation and I speak to Harry quite a bit and have done so over the years.
“I knew things weren’t quite brilliant behind the scenes, [but] it built up over the course of the tour. I was just watching.
“As time went on, I really got a sense of where he stood.”
Prince William was also interviewed by ITV’s former political editor in 2010.

Historically, “the substitute” has referred to younger children of the monarch who are below “the heir” in the line of succession.
Monarchs often had a “surrogate” problem in case something happened to the original heir.
Prince Harry was filmed yesterday in a special Christmas message for a charity for bereaved military children dressed up as Spider Man.
The Duke of Sussex recorded the clip for Scotty’s Little Soldiers, which was played at the charity’s annual Christmas party.
He said: “Christmas is a time when we really, really miss our loved ones. And that’s okay.
“But at the same time, having fun without our parents can make you feel guilty. But I’m here to assure you that our parents always want us to have fun, okay?
“So don’t feel guilty. You may have the best time ever, especially with this community of Scotty’s Little Soldiers.’
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also recently released the trailer for their upcoming Netflix documentary, which has proved controversial.
