Princess Charlene was photographed looking thoughtful on her first public appearance with husband Prince Albert since November.
The couple were also joined by their seven-year-old twins Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques as the family attended the Monaco E-Prix.
They have rarely been seen together since Charlene, 44, spent about 10 months in South Africa, her home country, last year and was receiving medical treatment for an unspecified condition.
After returning to Monaco last November, Charlene left the country almost immediately and went to Switzerland to be treated for “exhaustion”.

Today’s photos mark the first time the Monaco royal family have been seen together in public as a family since Charlene returned to the principality following her treatment.
Charlene wore an all gray ensemble, pairing her pant suit with a matching top. Her blonde crop was neatly coiffed and she sported sleek makeup, including liquid eyeliner and naturally glossy lips.
She has been struggling with a range of health issues, including what the palace has previously described as a “state of profound general exhaustion”.
The Palace of Monaco has consistently denied media reports of a rift between Charlene and the principality’s ruler, Prince Albert, who were married in 2011 after the princess’ long absence.
“She was clearly exhausted, physically and emotionally. She was overwhelmed and unable to attend to official duties, life in general, or even family life,” Albert told People magazine in November.
Zimbabwe-born Princess Charlene was hospitalized after collapsing in September in South Africa, where she had been living for several months.

She underwent surgery for an ear, nose and throat infection in October after checking into a Durban hospital under a pseudonym, a Palace source said at the time.
Friends previously told Page Six that the mother-of-two “almost died” in her home country, while her husband spoke up and said she was suffering from “both emotional and physical exhaustion.”
A palace statement released on December 23 revealed that Albert and the couple’s children were planning to visit Charlene over the Christmas holidays and called for the family’s privacy to be respected.
It added that the princess is making a “satisfactory and reassuring recovery, although it may be several months before her health fully recovers”.
The couple released an official family portrait earlier this month to celebrate Easter.
