Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had a colorful Holi celebration – the first since they became parents earlier this year.
On Friday, the Baywatch star and her pop star husband shared photos and videos of themselves celebrating the Hindu holiday with a group of friends. The festival, also called the Festival of Colors, celebrates the arrival of spring and is often accompanied by friends who happily cover each other with paint.
Chopra, 39, shared several photos and videos, including a cute one of her and Jonas, 29, kissing.
This year, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas staged a “lit Holi”.
“Being able to find some joy at a time when the world seems so scary is such a blessing,” she wrote along with them. “Happy holiday everyone. Thanks to our friends and family for playing Holi like Desi! Feeling of blessing. #photodump #happyholi #goodoverevil #festivalofcolors”.
In another post, the Indian-born actress wrote, “Do me a favor…let’s play Holi,” referring to the title of a song from her 2005 film Vakt: A Race Against Time.
She then added, “Sorry. Had! #holihai.
During the celebration, Jonas was covered in flowers.
The “Jealous” singer shared a funny video from the celebration on TikTok, accompanied by the single “Holi Song” by singer Arun Dev Yadav, writing “Holi lit up” over them.
The couple, who wed in 2018 during an extravagant three-day romance in India, announced this past January on social media that they had a baby with a surrogate mother.
