Prosecutors have issued a document asking the Peruvian Football Federation for a number of provisions regarding the investigation it has been conducting into FPF President Agustín Lozano, including for alleged crimes committed by a criminal organization. According to the document, the State Ministry ordered the lifting of the banking secrecy of Peru’s largest soccer company, as well as the contracts with the company 1190 Sports, which is in charge of broadcasting League 1 matches.
In addition, prosecutors have summoned a number of authorities from the Peru Football Federation and representatives from local media clubs to provide comments on the investigation the Peru football boss is conducting into the aforementioned alleged crimes against the state. A series of procedures with blatant visualizations and video transcripts on possible irregularities in the FPF were also planned.

Likewise, prosecutors asked the FPF to report whether it had awarded any amounts of money to clubs in the 2. Liga (second division) at any time from 2018 to the present.
