A Florida office was caught working drunk after his colleagues spotted him on Main Street.
Oscar Mayorga, 25, of the Apopka Police Department was pulled over when a local resident saw the police car driving stop signs and called the police.
Other officers arrived and asked Mayorga to roll down the window, catching a whiff of alcohol as he relented.
Mayorga slurred his speech and told officers he was on his way to work even though he had already started his shift.
First he said he took three Benadryl, a drug used to treat allergies and insomnia, two hours ago.
But he’d left the open beer can in the center cup holder that the other officers spotted.
“Why would you take three Benadryl when you know you have to work tonight?” the officer asked him, according to Fox News.
