A few days ago it was announced that PUBG: Battlegrounds will receive a huge variety of summer events known as Survivor Summerfest. This list would start this week with PUBG Arcade between July 12th and August 2nd, but would be added to with a few “mega collab” updates as well as a map update over time. Well, it looks like the first mega collab has been named, and it appears to be bringing a popular fighting game franchise to battle royale.
Slated for July 26th, the first collaboration will apparently add Street Fighter-related extras, and judging by the teaser image, we can expect Chun-Li, Ryu, Ken, and Cammy to be involved, with some apparently even getting alternate versions. as the two Chun-Lis show.
There’s no word yet on what the collaboration will actually entail, but as that’s coming soon, you can expect more information in the coming days and weeks.
Likewise, he hasn’t revealed what to expect from Mega Collab 2, but there’s no doubt that it’s going to be an exciting sequel to the Street Fighter collaboration.
