Olympic gold medalist and Strictly star Greg Rutherford is reportedly next in line to join the upcoming cast of Dancing On Ice.
As names for the upcoming series are announced, The Sun claims that Rutherford, 36, will be putting on his skates to take part in the ITV show.

Insiders told the publication: “Greg was disappointed after his Olympic dreams were dashed, but it basically cleared his calendar and when the Dancing On Ice offer came he decided to have a chat to his bosses.”
“As an athlete, he loves having something to focus on and a project to train for. So this will give him something to channel his competitive spirit into…”

Amber’s announcement comes after S Club star Hannah, 42, revealed she was taking part in Good Morning Britain on Thursday.
She said: “I’m really looking forward to learning a new skill.”
“It’s so easy to live a comfortable life and that aspect of variety is very appealing.” Fitness is another reason I do it! It’s really exciting.’
Hannah’s decision to sing comes after she unexpectedly left the S Club in May following the shocking death of her former boyfriend and bandmate Paul Cattermole.
Grab your skates! S Club 7 star Hannah Spearritt has been announced as the third star to take part in Dancing On Ice 2024
The group’s remaining members – Rachel Stevens, Jo O’Meara, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh and Tina Barrett – decided to rename S Club 7 to just S Club and continue as a five-piece.
In a video posted to Instagram, Jon said: “You’ve probably noticed there are only five of us here today and although Hannah will always be part of S Club 7, she will not be joining us on this tour. “We wish her all the best Good luck for the future.’
It has been reported that Hannah and the other members of the group are no longer on speaking terms, as insiders claim she has felt “betrayed” by a dispute over contracts for the band’s upcoming tour.
Hannah reportedly didn’t know she wasn’t included in the tour until she posted it and was in the process of signing her contract before she was “blindsided” by the publication.
It is believed that Hannah has now signed a contract. However, sources close to the star say she felt “betrayed” after being dropped from the tour and they fear the “bad blood” between her and the group means there is “little to no chance.” The Sun insists on an appearance.
The source added: “Hannah is devastated.” She was thrown out and doesn’t understand why. The rest of the S-Club were told not to contact her.’
The insider claims that Hannah “really wanted to be part of the tour” but “pushed back on a few details” before signing the contract, while the other band members “said yes to everything” and signed straight away.
They add that she was “sorted out” after a series of disagreements with S Club creator Simon Fuller and that the rest of the band now “don’t even speak to her anymore”.
S Club representatives have confirmed that Hannah has not spoken to the rest of the band.

Hannah’s addition to the Dancing On Ice cast comes after Claire announced she had signed up on This Morning on Wednesday. She said, “I’m really looking forward to going to a rink with my son and actually being able to skate and not have to. ‘Use the penguins they give you to help you stay upright!’
She added: “I had to wear my boots around the house…I haven’t stepped on the ice yet.”
“I’m entering the unknown here.” I don’t know how I’ll feel. But I’m very excited.’
Claire added: “I’m nervous and excited to do it.”
When Holly Willoughby and her co-host Ben Shephard asked her about her dance experiences so far, she said: “How does dancing prepare you for skating?” It’s completely different.
“It’s more about the mind and overcoming fear.” “You can make beautiful shapes with your arms and things like that, but it’s about overcoming fear.”
The actress is best known as Lindsay Corkhill in the ’90s soap Brookside before joining Corrie in the role of Cassie Plumber earlier this year.

“She’s a really talented performer and is pretty decent on the ice.”
No stranger to the spotlight, Claire has sung and danced in a number of musicals including Guys and Dolls and Legally Blonde.
It comes after Ricky, 44, revealed on This Morning: “If I can hold my nerve in the boxing ring, I should be able to hold my nerve in the rink.” I like taking on new challenges and to keep myself busy!’

“When I retired, I was sitting there with nothing to do and my world fell apart a little bit. It’s about staying busy and doing positive things and having new adventures!’

The TV source told the publication: “Stephen had developed his own profile.” “It was no surprise that he received other offers, although no one necessarily thought he would do Dancing On Ice.”
Stephen has been on the Channel 4 show for a decade and is one of its most prominent stars – but he told fans earlier this month: “After careful consideration, Daniel and I have decided that we will not be returning for the new series of Gogglebox. “
“We believe it is time to move on and explore other opportunities.”
Shona McGarty is also rumored to be joining the cast after leaving her role on EastEnders after 15 years.
The 31-year-old actress, who played Whitney Dean in the BBC soap, quit her role in July after a casting change reportedly took place.
