Ukraine and Russia will start negotiations again on Monday. The Ukrainian president sent Moscow a list for Russia: A deal is possible if the Kremlin withdraws its troops.

- in the next Round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will take place in Turkey from Monday. The talks are expected to last until Wednesday, Ukrainian negotiator David Arakhamiya said on social media on Sunday.
- Before the negotiations, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky handed a list to Russia: With the corresponding Russian security guarantees, he was already on neutrality and non-nuclear status talk about your country, as well as a Commitment in Donbass. He understood that it was impossible to completely expel Russia from Ukrainian territory, as this would lead to a third world war. But there will only be an agreement with Moscow if the Kremlin withdraws its troops. He also advocated a complete prisoner exchange with Russia.
