According to a Qatar-brokered agreement between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamas, Israeli hostages in the Gaza Strip will receive medicine. In addition, aid deliveries to the civilian population would be taken to the isolated coastal strip, Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Tuesday. The medicines will be taken to Egypt on Wednesday by two military planes from Qatar and from there to the Gaza Strip.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said the medicines were purchased in France. In the attack and massacre on Israel carried out by the Islamic terrorist group Hamas and other Palestinian organizations on October 7, around 250 people were kidnapped to the Gaza Strip. 136 people are currently detained in the coastal strip. Israel estimates that about two dozen of them are no longer alive.
