Quebec City Tram Judge Samsons decision expected Thursday morning

With kind approval

Judge Clemens Samson

The decision will relate to the request for an injunction the plaintiffs – represented by law firm Me Guy Bertrand – are seeking to halt ongoing preparatory work on the tram. If this request is granted, work could be suspended for a (renewable) period of 10 days.

At last Friday’s hearing, both sides presented their arguments.
