“If you have a dream, don’t give up on it.” The phrase, which is widespread among influencers and trainers, fits Bruno Alexsander Souza Silva, known as Buzeira. Until 2020, the 28yearold barely had the means to pay his bills. He found his treasure on the Internet. A no. But several. In the middle of the week he appeared in front of an audience that didn't even know he existed by giving Neymar a gold necklace with lots of diamonds and other precious stones. The donation cost around R$2 million and he himself was the owner.

Many people wanted to know who the generous boy was. Not that he's a complete syranho. Buzeira has around 4.5 million followers on Instagram (just on one of the profiles he still maintains on the network) and they are the ones who promote a life of luxury, very different from the one he led until three years ago.

With 4.5 million followers, he became a millionaire through competitions and car raffles
Buzeira discovered a way to make money in the digital world that could be described as simple. However, he previously tried to become a football player, but failed. He thought about becoming an MC, but he didn't like singing. He worked in foreign trade for an uncle who had a logistics company in the industry. I earned R$350 a month and learned everything I could about the area. He went to work for a German company and even studied foreign trade engineering, but became discouraged because he didn't advance in the position and didn't see any prospects.

He was unemployed for ten months and returned to the market. The pandemic caused him to be laid off and his life changed. While working for this foreign company, he bought his first car, a 1998 Palio, and a motorcycle. He took the money from his notice, invested it in his Instagram profile and started running competitions. The first item was his own possession: his motorcycle. There he sold each ticket for R$2 and after three months he already had R$40,000. More than ten times the value of the motorcycle.

Since I had acquaintances in the customs sector, I wanted to turn car and motorcycle raffles into a business. And he got out of the car, teamed up with other influencers and started what he calls a “promotion”: he promotes a specific product and sales goals that he wants his followers to achieve so that there can actually be a raffle.

As a result, in just under three years, the São Paulo native of the capital's eastern zone visited countries in Europe, the United States and Dubai, made friends with famous people, traveled only in business class and bought another R$ 10 million house and lost the bill for the imported cars you have. But there are only three Lamborghinis in the garage. The average value of the car is R$4 million.
The meteoric rise eventually caught the attention of federal police, who conducted a search and seizure of his home earlier this year. At that time, he ran out of cars to raffle off and his profile was blocked by the courts.

Buzeira remains under investigation on suspicion of money laundering and conspiracy. The case is being handled at the 1st Tax Criminal Court of the Barra Funda Criminal Court in São Paulo. At the time, the boy's preventive detention was announced, but the court demanded further evidence from the public prosecutor's office and also wanted the suspects in the operation launched against Internet betting to be investigated individually. The seized goods were returned, but Bruzeira still faces the lawsuit.

“They took away all my vehicles, but nothing was proven. That actually gave me another push in the end because it was the reason why I went viral on the internet,” he told Jornal de Brasília. Time.
