Rachel Leviss called Tom Sandoval an “asshole” in her latest podcast episode, “Rachel Goes Rogue.”
The 29-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum criticized her ex-lover for manipulating his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix and himself, his ex-lover.
On her Tuesday episode of her iHeartRadio podcast, she talked about her therapy sessions at a psychiatric treatment facility after Scandoval.
She said she realized at the facility that Sandoval had manipulated her when she was in danger of breaking off her engagement to James Kennedy and had also cheated on her when he filmed her without her consent.
During the episode, she also revealed that she vowed not to date for a whole year and addressed claims that she was “emotionless” during the bombshell Season 10 reunion.

When asked what she thought of Sandoval's treatment of Madix and how he blamed her for his infidelity, she said it was “messed up.”
“I don’t agree with this at all,” she said. “I think Tom is using Ariana's mental health against her.” And it's very manipulative and chaotic.
“I think he could have taken a much more mature approach,” she added of the former couple's split, which she said Sandoval wanted to initiate but didn't for months. “But who knows if he’s even capable of doing that.”
She recalled having undergone trauma therapy and telling her therapist that she was struggling with her feelings about cheating on Sandoval by telling more of her side of the story about their affair in her one-on-one interview.
She said she realized how Sandoval was manipulating her when her therapist asked her the question: “But didn't Tom cheat on you first?”
After “thinking about it,” Leviss said she realized he had hurt her when “he asked me to lie even though he knew I wasn't a good liar and I expressed to him that I wasn't like to lie.”
She also said “the biggest way” he betrayed her was by filming her without her knowledge or consent in the infamous FaceTime recording that Madix would later discover, revealing their months-long affair behind her back brought to light.
Leviss added that she blamed Sandoval for getting her “into a really bad situation with my friendships and placement on this international reality TV show where my reputation was at stake.”

As for why she believes Sandoval has power and influence over her, she said that at the time it felt like “he was the only person” supporting her.
