In the 2023 box office ranking, “Animal” secured fourth place among the highest-grossing films. Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan retains the top position with Rs 643.87 crores, followed by Pathaan with Rs 543.05 crores. Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 is at the third position collecting Rs 525.45 crores.
