The woman, who didn’t reveal her name for fear of repercussions, said she once texted Emmett asking if she’d gotten a role she’d tried and he texted back, “Yes. One day’s work and you have to fuck me, darling.’

In the letter, which Allred released, the woman said she was in two films Emmett produced and massaged him, performed oral sex on him, and let him digitally penetrate her while he also posed nude in his office, while he masturbated.

The woman said she did so because she was “trying to advance her career” and was afraid of upsetting “a key producer in the industry.”

Emmett admitted through spokesperson Sallie Hofmeister that he received the letter from Allred and “strongly denies the allegations made in 2012.”

Emmett had reached a $200,000 settlement with the woman on Jan. 2, the newspaper reported, adding that the amount was to be paid over a two-year period.

Another Las Vegas woman, 30, said Emmett started sending her “unsolicited” Instagram DMs earlier this year, in court documents linked to his custody case with ex-fiancé Lala Kent, 31, in connection, according to the newspaper. The woman said that this Emmett, whom she had never met, made her a sexual offer and asked her to use illegal narcotics with him.

The woman told the court that she was “shocked, concerned and scared” that Emmett was “a stranger” to her, and remained adamant “although I never replied to a single message.”

Hofmeister, who has represented disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein in the past, said Emmett stayed sober for nearly a year and proved it through drug testing.

“This allegation conveniently arose in his custody case with Lala, who was unable to provide forensic evidence that those texts weren’t spoofed using one of many apps,” Hofmeister told Page Six, adding that Emmett “provided the Times with incontrovertible proof of that.” has delivered that he tested negative for drugs during that time and remains drug free.’

A third woman told the Times on condition of anonymity that she left a bar in 2014 when Emmett told her: “I’m not a creep, I promise. I’m a film producer, you can google me – please google me.”

Emmett denied claims on the paper that he would get the women to agree to non-disclosure agreements to keep their relationships private and had emailed his attorney to wire the women cash to keep them silent about their interactions.

Emmett was accused in the LA Times article of offering $20,000 to a Florida model to keep from talking about their sexual relationship. Hofmeister told Page Six that “as the Times conceded, there is no evidence Randall paid her money to sign a non-disclosure agreement” and “in fact, she said the exact opposite.”

Kent told the newspaper that Emmett tried to offer her $14,000 when they started dating while he was married to actress Ambyr Childers. Hofmeister said the allegations were related to their relationship being featured in the Bravo series Vanderpump Rules, in which she appeared.

“After four years of resistance,” Hofmeister told Page Six, “Emmett finally agreed to appear because the producers threatened to terminate Lala’s contract if he didn’t.”

The Times article also accused Emmett of leaving a “lasting emotional toll” on former employees in a hostile work environment that he oversaw. Hofmeister said in response that Emmett “knows to be demanding and to expect the absolute best from his assistants, and regrets if he’s hurt any of their feelings.”

Emmett denied all of the allegations in the article about Hofmeister. Hofmeister told Page Six that the sexual misconduct allegation “is based on an allegation made in 2012, which Randall denies.”

Hofmeister told Page Six that Emmett blamed the “false” allegations on a “smear campaign” orchestrated by “Kent” to sway her custody battle, adding that Kent “in her desperate attempt to secure full custody of her.” daughter, lied and manipulated others. Keep her name in the press and stay relevant on reality television.

A source told Page Six that Kent was “a small part of this whole story” by the Times, which published the article, which cited “many, many sources over many, many months of reporting.”

The source said that “the article really focuses on Randall’s shady business practices over the past 10+ years,” backed by court documents, business records and interviews with dozens of people to back up the claims.
