Randy Orton injury news

Randy Orton has been out of the ring since May 2022 after accusing him of a serious back injury.

It was immediately established that Orton’s injury was such that the fighter would remain in boxing until the end of 2022.

Randy Orton

Randy Orton is the descendant of a family of wrestlers spanning generations. Randy is the son and nephew of Bob Orton Sr. and Bob Orton Jr. and has twenty years of WWE experience.

He won a total of twenty world titles during his career. He won every major belt of concern in the pro wrestling company, becoming the tenth wrestler in history to complete what is known as the Grand Slam.

Over the decades of in-ring appearances, Orton has found himself in several illustrious supporting roles. Batista, Edge, Ric Flair and Triple H are just some of the big names the Knoxville native has shared the corner of the ring with.

Last year, however, he attended a stable the night before as happily as could be imagined. In fact, as of April 2021, Orton has been a steady couple with Matt Riddle, the Original Bro. Despite being at antipodes, the two were able to find an alchemy that could lead them to winning the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship.

During the May 20 match on SmackDown, Randy Orton made his final appearance in the ring to defend his tag team title in a unification match against the Usos. The feud between the two tag teams was won by the Bloodline twins and Randy Orton with a bad back injury.

After months of silence about recovery times, it seems there is finally some news about Randy Orton’s injury. According to PWInsider, the wrestler was actually spotted in the city of Birmingham, Alabama, a place where many WWE wrestlers go to special hospital facilities for delicate surgical procedures.

Kim Orton, Randy’s wife, also posted the following photo on her Instagram profile in celebration of their wedding anniversary.

With irony and complicity, the woman shows the world a photo of her wrestler husband dazed on a hospital bed. Believed to be the hospital bed that Randy Orton accommodates during the hours of his back surgery.

There is currently no official statement from WWE regarding Randy Orton’s return to the ring or the timing of his rehab period. We will update our pages with news.
