‘My father’. Tomorrow will be a great day with the favor of God.” With this message on his Instagram account, producer Raphy Pina announced that he will have an argumentative oral hearing tomorrow as part of the appeals process to be released.
Apparently it was one of his children or the manager of Pina’s social networks who announced what will happen this Monday at 9:30 a.m. “Tomorrow pa ‘he has his oral hearing … We will continue to pray for his departure,” says another publication, this time as “Story”, also on Instagram.
On May 24, singer Natti Natasha’s equally sentimental partner was sentenced by federal judge Francisco Besosa to three years and five months on two counts of illegal possession of a weapon modified to fire automatically and possession of an improper weapon that required him to be a federal convict.
The verdict was appealed by Pina’s attorneys, and at the trial they had asked for his release on bail, which was denied by a judges panel of the First Circuit of Appeals in Boston.
The producer is serving his sentence in FCI Butner Medium II security prison, in North Carolina where they reportedly only allow two family members to visit once a month.
