Rapper RAF Camora goes to jury over sausage stand brawl

At least it fits the picture: RAF Camora, the rapper from Vienna-Fünfhaus, is in trouble. As first reported today, the musician is facing conviction following a brawl at a sausage stand. The hearing will be in December.

The incident happened on June 17 in Vienna-Leopoldstadt. The 38-year-old rapper was reportedly with two other men. So you collided with a sausage stand employee. According to the criminal complaint, one would have thrown his electronic cigarette at the man – but he avoided it. Threats followed. One picked up an ashtray and threatened to throw it away.

The whole thing culminated in the sausage vendor being beaten up by several men. RAF Camora would also have been involved. He is therefore charged with the crime of brawling.

RAF Camora is represented by lawyer Philipp Wolm. He says: “I can confirm that numerous legal proceedings are pending against various persons, in which my client would be involved. The evidence and legal situation speak clearly for my client, as he only intervened to de-escalate. The logical consequence can only be an acquittal .”

Incidentally, the exact date of the hearing should not be disclosed – it is feared that hundreds of fans could besiege the regional court for criminal matters in Vienna.
