Raquel Leviss sued Andy Cohen for alleging that she was “heavily drugged” during filming of the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion, which was taped in March.
During her appearance on the Just B podcast with Bethenny Frankel, the 28-year-old reality star admitted she was hurt by the 52-year-old Bravo host’s recent interview with Variety, in which he expressed her lack of emotion during the three-part special denounced that she is either “really drugged or totally out of touch with her role in the Scandoval drama.”
“To say that I have to take heavy medication because my behavior has been erratic or I haven’t had any emotions is not okay in my eyes,” Leviss told listeners.
She continued, “I feel like that violates some kind of HIPAA law.” And making assumptions like that is detrimental to a person.”
HIPAA, which stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, applies to healthcare professionals.

Federal law was created to prevent the disclosure of patients’ medical records without their consent or knowledge.
The former beauty queen, who graduated from Sonoma State University in 2018, went on to reveal that she started taking medication “around the time” she joined the cast of “Vanderpump Rules” in 2015.
Leviss also confirmed that she is “under medical treatment” and “has been on antidepressants for several years.”
“I mean, I know that’s private information,” Frankel replied. “Whether it was true or not — or speculation — I just don’t know where the line is.”
The Real Housewives of New York City alum also pointed out that the Leviss co-stars even threw around a “pill bottle” at the reunion and asked each other if anyone wanted “a Xanax.”
“That’s convenient — it’s a non-traditional workplace, but I would imagine even a strip club might have some workplace rules — it’s still a workplace,” the mother-of-one pointed out.
Cohen opened up about Leviss’ mental state and said he was “concerned” for her “pre-reunion mental health” amid heated backlash over her affair with Tom Sandoval, which took place behind the back of his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix.

“I was worried about Raquel’s sanity ahead of the reunion. I mean I still am. But when I saw how emotionless she was, I thought maybe she’s really on drugs or really lost touch with her role in everything,” he told Variety in June.
He also pointed out how bizarre it was to see Leviss’ former girlfriend Scheana Shay sobbing at the end of their friendship, while Leviss didn’t outwardly express any sadness.
“When Scheana weeps her eyes out and [Raquel] The trailer says, “I should have written her a note” — I found that very confusing and it made me think maybe there was something missing about those relationships,” he said.
The father-of-two continued, “I thought maybe she didn’t think she was as real as other people thought. ‘I didn’t get it.’

Still, Cohen described the former Miss Sonoma County, who has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, as “very balanced.”
Just weeks later, he apologized for suspecting she was “actually on medication.”
“I think maybe it was wrong of me to speculate about that. But for me she sat there [and] “She flipped it like a champ,” he said on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy Show. “These people all had something to say to her and they were relentless and she just sat there and took it.”
He added: “I didn’t know she would be able to do that [get through the reunion] That’s probably why I made the hypothesis [that]. Based on my years of experience on these forums, I would have thought she would have walked away much sooner and perhaps gotten in her car, never to be seen again.”
