Real Housewives of Dubai star Caroline Stanbury was savagely slammed by online trolls after revealing the results of her recent facelift.
The 47-year-old reality TV star showed off her new face in a post on Friday, two weeks after her shocking surgery.
Many of her followers didn’t agree with the change and left comments under her photo claiming it had “ruined her beautiful face.”
“The facelift doesn’t look good,” one person wrote, while another added: “I like her look before.”
Someone else commented: “Um, she looks scary now.” She was pretty just the way she was. I’m sad about that.’

Others said she was too young for a full facelift, while someone else wrote: ‘Too much! Stop all the injections and plastic surgery.’
Caroline revealed last week that she had undergone a facelift in Los Angeles “without any information.”

Since returning to the UK, she has appeared on her podcast Uncut and Uncensored alongside her Spanish husband Sergio Carrallo, 29, who is 18 years her junior.
In footage of the podcast shared on Instagram last week, she can be seen covering her face with huge sunglasses while pulling up the hood and holding the microphone in front of her.
The celebrity admitted on the podcast: “I decided to have a facelift without any information.” I jumped into this surgery like I was having a mole removed.
