The Queen of Country, Reba McEntire, knows how to have fun.
When she’s not making music, judging on “The Voice,” or participating in the many other projects she’s signed up for, McEntire, 68, enjoys her free time with her boyfriend Rex Linn.
McEntire talked about the one terrifying activity she and Linn like to do together in their free time – and it scares each other.

The “Fancy” singer admitted she’s gotten better at the game and shared her fearsome techniques with us.
“I sit there for 10 minutes waiting for him to come out of the bathroom,” McEntire said during an interview with Today.

“Standing in a dark hallway and just being silhouetted… scares him to death. I think it’s the funniest thing in the world.”
McEntire and “Sugar Tot” – her affectionate nickname for Linn – met in 1991 when they were both working on the Kenny Rogers film “The Gambler Returns: The Luck of the Draw.”

After her split from Anthony “Skeeter” Lasuzzo in 2019, she began dating the “Young Sheldon” actor.
The country star revealed that they have been “inseparable” ever since.
The Not That Fancy author also spoke about how Linn was a saving grace during a very difficult time in her life.

When McEntire’s mother died in 2020 at age 93, McEntire shared that Linn helped her cope with the loss.
“When you have someone to share the sadness with, when you have someone to share the fun with [and] “Things are always so much better in the sad times,” she told the media outlet.

“And Rex is a very encouraging, positive man and I love him with all my heart.”
After the death of McEntire’s mother, McEntire almost ended her 50-year career in the music industry.
“I always sang for mom,” she explained to Today.

“Mom was the one who inspired us kids, taught us kids how to sing, took us to our singing performances and was our biggest cheerleader.”
Before her death, McEntire’s mother encouraged her daughter’s successful music career.
