Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare had a grand white wedding in Udaipur and recently returned to Mumbai. As the destination wedding came to an end, Reena Dutta took a moment to reflect on her daughter's special day.
Reena Dutta chose a priceless moment from Ira Khan's wedding to express her feelings on the special occasion. Reena shared a candid click from Ira's white wedding and wrote, “I always have your back my baby girl @khan.ira, I love you.” In the picture, Aamir and Reena can be seen walking Ira down the aisle. Reena smiles behind her daughter while having a funny moment with her father. Reacting to the love, Ira commented: “Awwwwwliieee❤️❤️❤️❤️ I LOVE YOU MOM!! I know😘 that's why I feel safe.” Nupur also posted heart emojis in the comments.
Expressing his feelings about Ira's wedding, Aamir said, “My feeling was like a shehnai. It is an instrument played in Shaadis. Shehnai mein ek quality hoti hain ki who apko thodi si khushi bhi deti hain aur thodi si udasi bhi deti hain. uska ek mishran hota hain emotions ka shehnai mein. So these are my feelings (My feelings were similar to a shehnai, a musical instrument commonly played at weddings. The shehnai possesses the unique property of evoking both a touch of joy and a touch of melancholy. Essentially, it mixes emotions into one harmonious combination, similar to the music of a shehnai. That's how I would describe my emotions.)”
Ira and Nupur's honeymoon began with a registered wedding on January 3, followed by mehendi, sangeet, pajama party and a white wedding in Udaipur. The wedding celebrations will end on January 13 with a starry reception in Mumbai. Aamir Khan will host the event at NMACC in Mumbai and the who's who of Bollywood is expected to make a glamorous appearance. The guest list includes Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and several others.
