American actress Reese WitherspoonShe, best known for her appearances in the film Legally Blonde and the series Big Little Lies, announced this Friday that she is getting a divorce Jim deadthe Hollywood talent agent with whom she has a 10-year-old son.
“With great care and consideration We made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and we carry on with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together,” said the 47-year-old Oscar winner.

According to entertainment news site TMZ, people close to Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth confirmed that it really was about it a friendly ending to their union.
Jim Toth, who represented stars like Matthew McConaughey or Robert Downey Jr., was the one Reese Witherspoon’s second husband. She was married to actor Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2008 and they have a 23-year-old daughter and a 19-year-old son with him.

“I want to say that I’ve clearly had a few drinks too many and I’m deeply embarrassed by the things I’ve said. I was afraid for my husband, but that’s no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely don’t reflect who I am.. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behavior‘ he apologized at the time.
According to People Magazine, the actress had to pay a fine of $213while Toth did 40 days of community service and had to attend driving school courses.
In an interview with ABC News, Reese was again embarrassed by her behavior. “I’m very ashamed, but I saw that they arrested my husband and started saying something, I even said that I was pregnant. I was very disrespectful‘ he complained. The pair raffled off the wicked moment and never heard from a scandal again.
