“In this electoral process (…) our brothers from the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast will elect 45 councilors with their respective deputies in 15 constituencies of the Autonomous Region of the Northern Caribbean Coast and 45 with their respective deputies in 15 constituencies of the Autonomous Region of the Southern Caribbean Coast,” he explained.
