The Mégantic series has given us great achievements. Homicide detective Geneviève Lanctôt is straightforward, solid and insightful. We don't see enough Évelyne Rompré on our airwaves. Nevertheless, she shines in every one of her appearances. In the fourth season of Plan B she plays Sandra, the dysfunctional mother of Jessie (Pier-Luc Funk), who, in order to escape financial insecurity, ends up in prostitution and the vicious circle of drugs. When her son finds her, she is in a bad state without fully realizing it. Maganee, drained, drunk. A heartbreaking scene that is difficult to watch but performed with great authenticity.
