“Revolution on tour”: A first-ever EP of original songs released on Friday

The three pieces of music were created specifically to accompany the dancers in the show Revolution on tour will be released on listening platforms this Friday.

This first EP will thus honor the rapper Imposs, the singer and musician KROY (Camille Poliquin, Milk and Bone), the singer-songwriter Tina Leon and the composer Manu Alias ​​​​.

“We had the luxury of ordering three original songs [à ces] wonderful creators. Their words and music harmonize perfectly with what we wanted to say and evoke on stage,” emphasized the show’s director and artistic director, Lydia Bouchard.

On this EP, Imposs will sign the lyrics and interpretation of the pieces Face-à-face and Lumière, which he will perform in a duet with Tina Leon. During the performance, these pieces will be accompanied by choreography by Mel Charlot and the final number devised by Vincent Desjardins.

KROY will perform the captivating piece “Lost Inside a Dream” starting Friday, which will highlight choreography by Véronique Giasson on stage.

The music for the three pieces was composed by Manu Alias.

The EP will be available on all online listening platforms this Friday.

The new edition of the Révolution en tour show event will come to life on the Montreal stage at Espace St-Denis from February 22nd to March 10th, as well as in Gatineau (March 20th to 24th) and Quebec (March 28th). . to April 14th), Sherbrooke (April 25th and 26th) and Trois-Rivières (May 17th and 18th).
