RHOA’s Kandi Burruss says filming reunion specials “makes her stomach churn” because she hates fighting

Kandi Burruss confessed that filming Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion specials “makes her stomach churn” from all the stress because she hates “arguing with people.”

Though the 46-year-old reality star has starred on Bravo’s hit reality show since 2009, he explained why she never looks forward to recording the reunions, which involve lots of shouting, rekindling old fights and sharing snarky one-liners.

“I never look forward to arguing with either of them, to be honest, I always hate reunions,” she told Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap before taping the 14th reunion.

She continued, “For years going to a reunion has made my stomach turn because I hate arguing with people and I always know it’s just going to be a complete back and forth.”

The mother-of-three noted that in the past she wasn’t aware that “a lot of people just wanted to come [her] tease’ until she sees the drama on her TV.

“They had a lot of things to say that I didn’t know were happening as I stood around,” the singer mused. “They didn’t actually say some of those things, so obviously that needs to be addressed.”

The No Scrubs hitmaker admitted to regretting a falling out with her co-star Marlo Hampton, who she said can “get below the belt” with her insults.

“The argument got completely out of hand… It was very disrespectful on both sides. We both turned on each other,” Burruss said.
