Ashley captioned her three pictures: “This love for snow is unexplainable. “I used to cry real tears when we got out the winter coats but now I'm so excited to welcome winter!”
Adding, “How wonderful it is to think about change.” I am grateful for this growth and look forward to all that life continues to offer.”
She hashtagged her name and RHOP and tagged the location as Winter Wonderland.

In April 2022, Ashley announced her separation from her husband Michael Darby.
At the time, she released a statement to The Daily Dish confirming that she and her 64-year-old spouse had parted ways after more than seven years of marriage.

The couple first met 11 years ago when she was working at the L2 Lounge in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., and she asked him if she would consider interning at his company, she told Bravo in 2016. She finally asked him out when she arrived. He got a job at his company and less than a year later they were hired.
Michael, who works in the restaurant and real estate business, was suspended from the Bravo show in September 2018 after a cameraman accused him of groping him. He was charged in connection with aggravated assault and indecent sexual conduct, but the charges were later dropped due to lack of evidence.

Michael denied the allegations, telling FOX 5 DC that he was “totally exonerated” and “totally cleared” following an investigation by authorities.
“I didn't do it,” he said, adding that two witnesses his accuser called in the incident later said they saw nothing. “Obviously his version of the story wasn’t true.”

Michael, who is originally from Melbourne, Australia, was previously married for 20 years before splitting in 2010 and is the father of two children from that marriage.
