Quebec director Ricardo Trogi begins filming his ninth feature film on Tuesday 1995. The latter takes us back almost 30 years, a time when the filmmaker was ready to give up his dream before embarking on the adventure of the Destination Race world.

“1995,” announced a few months ago, is the fourth autobiographical film in a series that began in 2009 with “1981” and also includes the years 1987 and 1991. Actor Jean-Carl Boucher takes on the role of the 24-year-old director – Age Section.

Ricardo Trogi participated in the 1994-1995 season of this television show, which aired on Radio-Canada from 1988 to 1999 and offered aspiring filmmakers the opportunity to make four-minute short films in various regions of the world.
