RICHARD EDEN: Holly Willoughby’s companies Roxy Media and Wylde Moon file their annual accounts late

Until this year, her life had a perfection that made it seem like a contemporary fairy tale with each chapter – discovered by a modeling agency at just 14, she became a lingerie model for Pretty Polly just two years later and secured her first television role 19 – which irrevocably leads to a more glamorous and lucrative model than its predecessor.

But was even Holly Willoughby unable to escape the turmoil that so devastatingly gripped her former mentor and This Morning co-host Philip Schofield?

I ask because four and a half months after Schofield’s sudden resignation from ITV and admission of a secret affair with a male colleague more than 30 years her junior, Holly’s business life seems a little less pristine than usual.

Her company, Roxy Media Ltd, of which she and her husband, television producer Dan Baldwin, are the sole directors, was due to file its accounts in August but has not yet done so.

The same goes for Wylde Moon, her young lifestyle brand, which Holly launched as “an ever-evolving journey of self-discovery,” according to her website. In fact, these bills were due in July.

There is little danger that 42-year-old Holly, who met 48-year-old Dan this month when he was a producer on the children’s show she hosts, Ministry of Mayhem, will have to take a step back – especially not from the show.” Dancing On Ice.” That’s when she met Schofield, who three years later insisted she accompany him to This Morning.

Sources close to Holly assure me that yesterday, by chance, the accounts of all her companies were submitted.

I was told that this was at the request of their accountant who wanted to coordinate their affairs so that each company had the same year end.

Sounds like the sweet smell of success for Holly.

Time to celebrate by lighting up one of Wylde Moon’s “fragrance products,” “curated by Holly” and “containing a fresh, aromatic blend that energizes and invigorates.”
