Riots in protest against alleged electoral fraud in Belgrade

Several thousand followers Serbian opposition we have on Sunday night in Belgrade against suspected fraud in the Local elections demonstrated a week ago. It was the seventh consecutive protest.

This time, participants in the demonstration marched to Belgrade City Hall, where they tried to enter by force. Police forces used tear gas against protesters, local media reported.

Among other things, the buses would have taken people from the Serbian part of Bosnia-Herzegovina to the Belgrade Arena, where they voted without being eligible to vote.

Vučić denied allegations of voter fraud on Sunday. The Serbian Prosecutor General's Office said on Saturday night in Belgrade that several violations of electoral regulations had been reported, including activities at the Belgrade Arena.
