Rita Ora has finally addressed the ‘throuple’ rumors with her husband Taika Waititi and Tessa Thompson after they were spotted kissing and cuddling at a party.
The 32-year-old singer – who married her 47-year-old Thor director husband last year – broke her silence when she suggested the threesome was in a relationship at the time.
Dispelling all the ‘throuple’ rumours, Rita said: ‘Have you ever been in a situation where you’ve been drinking heavily and everyone is your best friend?

“And then the next day you’re like, ‘I’ve been talking to this person in the smoking area for four hours and I have no idea who they are?’
She told GQ magazine: “Literally – that [photo] was just a bunch of friends having a good time. she [Taika and Tessa] had a crazy schedule and everyone let loose.
In the pictures, taken in May 2021, Rita and Taika were seen smoking and drinking with the 39-year-old Creed star on a balcony in Sydney.
The trio leaned in and were seen snuggling up and kissing each other’s faces, while Rita and Tessa were also seen up close.

Rita insisted that nothing more than friendly fun was happening, but she credited the LGBT community and her fans for “normalizing” the situation.
Taika previously addressed the kiss shortly after its incident in July 2021.
When asked if he was upset by the media attention the photos received, Taika said, “Not really. I think everything goes by pretty fast in the world of the internet.
‘And also, “Is that such a big deal?” No not true. I did nothing wrong. It’s good.’

Tessa was one of the stars of his film Thor: Love and Thunder.
While there’s no indication he did anything wrong, reports later surfaced that executives at Disney-owned Marvel Studios weren’t happy.
‘[It’s] not exactly the image they want to project in relation to one of their biggest franchises,” an industry insider said at the time.
The source added that Taika’s reputation for being a “party animal” is no secret at Marvel, but the photos “crossed the line” nonetheless.

Taika, who won an Oscar for his film Jojo Rabbit, directed the film after previously directing 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok.
Tessa plays Valkyrie, known for being the first LGBT character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
This follows claims that boxer David Haye is in a throuple with his girlfriend Sian Osborne and Una Healy from Saturday.
David addressed the claims over the weekend when he told reporters what he does with the girls behind closed doors is “their business”.
