Rita Ora made a cheeky joke about her husband Taika Waititi during an appearance on This Morning on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old singer tied the knot with the Oscar-winning director, 47, last summer and says she’s still pinching herself a year later.
Rita made a sexual innuendo as she told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary, “It’s nice to be with someone who’s really intellectually stimulating for me, respectful… Everyone, let’s not get that far.”
Speaking about her marriage, the singer said, “I have a husband!” Can you believe it? He’s so weird to work with, but so much fun. He’s a really great person.
“A lot of people say we look like, can you see it? My friends say I didn’t do it on purpose.

“He really has this great knowledge of both music and films and books. “He naturally expanded my creativity, for which I am grateful.”
Rita was asked why she took such a long break from music after the release of You and I on Friday.
She said, “I just don’t force it.” I dug deep into my songwriting and it felt right to bring it back to the world.
“When I’m making music, I really want to focus on that. We spent two years going through my journal and I’ve never really been a journal writer but someone told me to try. I do it every day, just a little, and here we are.”
During the show, Rita surprised Alison and Dermot when she made an impromptu runway appearance in the fashion segment.
The singer asked, ‘What do you guys think?’ Is that too dark for summer?’
Rita continued, “It’s actually an old number, I got it from my mother’s closet.” I wanted to show a little knee, but not too much. “I’m doing an album promo right now and I wanted to keep it classy for this morning, so surprise.”

Earlier in the day, Rita shared a glimpse of her surprise trip to Mallorca to perform for the Love Island 2023 cast on Instagram.
Sharing a selection of snaps, the singer showed off plenty of underbust and her toned abs in a black crochet bra by Miu Miu and a pleated mini skirt in orange and khaki.
Rita paired the look with white Dior lace-up boots and a cream Miu Miu handbag.
The singer appeared to be in her element as she made a splash in front of the cameras in her racy outfit, before sharing a little glimpse into preparing for her performance.

The singer is appearing on the show to perform a set for the Islanders, during which she will sing new single ‘Praising You’ to coincide with the release of their third studio album ‘You and I’.
The Love Island contestants are said to have “gone completely nuts” when Rita performed for them.
She said to Alison and Dermot, “Guys, my dream has come true.” I sing some songs and surprise them, in the greatest heat, because it’s so hot there I’ve been sweating in places I didn’t know I was that I can sweat. And then… I can’t tell you what happens, but I was so excited to be there.”
“They all asked how it looked from the outside. I love Jess, she’s a really good girl. But yes, everyone wanted to know how it was and I wasn’t allowed to say anything.’
The star has likened this album, which was released on Friday, to a “diary” and co-wrote every track.
Speaking of her new music, Rita said, “The ‘you’ in You & I represents more than just the man I love.”
“It’s my mom, my friends, my fans and in a way it represents the relationship I have with myself.”
“This album has been like my diary for the last two years and I’m so excited that you can finally hear it.”
Rita’s appearance comes after Ne-Yo’s appearance at the Love Island mansion early in Season 10.

After his performance, he went outside with the girls to take a selfie, but a car pulled up with “Casa VIPs” written on the side.
Ne-Yo then said to the ladies, “I’ve got a surprise for you… the car right there.”
Then the girls jumped in and headed to the second villa, Casa Amor, to meet six new guys.
Back at the main villa the boys were stunned to find their ladies had gone to casa.
But they were soon joined by six ladies, including the return of previously fired contestant Molly Marsh, who subsequently reconciled with Zachariah Noble.
