Robbie Williams had fans fearing he might be arrested when he made a very cheeky change to a Bel Air Country Club sign on Wednesday.
The 49-year-old rock DJ hitmaker asked his Instagram followers to vote for their favorite songs in a series of posts titled “Comment Section Cup.”
For the final question, he used a local club sign as a prop and covered up various letters in “Bel-Air Country Club” to read: “Bel**ds C****y Club.”
Robbie insisted he was just having a bit of fun, captioning the video: “The Comment Section Cup *Tm as an organization I want to know we have nothing against Bel Air Country Club.”
“It's just that our chairman/president is bored.” Rest assured, we don't think your customers are bell-ends or c***y. Well, to be honest, we're guessing, but you know what we mean…”

The 49-year-old star used a local club's sign as a prop, covering various letters in “Bel-Air Country Club” to read: “Bel**ds C****y Club.”
Fans were quick to warn Robbie about his behavior, writing in the comments section: “How long until you get kicked out of Bel Air??!!”; “That's mean”; “Your cheeky Robbie”; “Please don’t allow yourself to be arrested.”
The day before, he temporarily destroyed another sign.
Robbie re-posted a video on Instagram of himself approaching a yellow sign that reads “Star Maps turn left.”
Wearing a blue shirt, cream pants and a matching cap, he carefully covered the word “Star” with a cardboard sign that read “Anal.”
Robbie announced a month ago that he would be headlining BST Hyde Park 2024 for the first time since his sold-out show in 2019.
Andrea Bocelli will also headline, leading what promises to be “the largest outdoor classical concert of this century.”
This came after he detailed his health struggles and descent into addiction in his Netflix documentary Robbie Williams, which came out in 2023.
American Express Presents BST Hyde Park will take place in July 2024, with tickets available now.
He replaced the “air” with “ends” and then replaced the “o” and “r” with “country,” turning the sign for the exclusive members-only club into an offensive phrase
