Robert De Niro is spotted with his baby and nanny in New York – after the actor's tirade that his “top priority” was to “get rid of Trump”

Robert De Niro was spotted out and about with his baby in New York City after the star reignited his feud with Donald Trump last month.

The 80-year-old was seen leaving their Manhattan apartment with his nanny and driver on Wednesday.

De Niro's driver was transporting his youngest child, Gia, whom he and partner Tiffany Chen welcomed into the world earlier this year.

The actor left for about two hours. Chen was later seen returning home with shopping bags.

The appearance comes as De Niro told Rolling Stone in an exclusive interview published today that his top priority is getting rid of Donald Trump.

Speaking to the medium, De Niro said: “And my biggest concern now, besides everything else, is that we come out of this situation with a monster in Trump.” This is a classic fraud.

“If you look at other totalitarian countries like Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union, it will affect everyone in ways you can’t even imagine.”

Last month, De Niro claimed that part of a speech he gave at the Gotham Awards was edited out because it contained remarks directed at the former president.

The Taxi Driver star then delivered the segment in its entirety and then criticized Apple, the awards organizer, for cutting the speech.

The legendary actor has since spoken to Rolling Stone about the ordeal.

“What happened was that I was working on the speech with a writer, Lewis Friedman, and he presented it to them, and then one of the consultants had put something in the speech that kids in Oklahoma couldn't even read the book to read,” said De Niro.

“And then I didn’t hear anything. They gave me the script and I looked at the prompter and asked, “What happened?”

“And they assumed I had spoken to Marty [Scorsese] or someone about it, but I didn't have it.'

He continued: “They assumed I would be okay with it, and maybe I still get it wrong, but that wasn't the case.”

“Marty and I talked about it the next day and he said, 'Yeah, I texted you and.' [Apple] respectfully asked if you could turn it down.

“I didn't even want to blame them, but I was annoyed with whoever did it at the moment.”

De Niro also added: “All I know is: Trump brings out the worst in people.” He's a monster. I didn't think that at the beginning when he was first elected.

“I thought, 'Maybe he'll be okay.' “Well, this guy is beyond dangerous and I just hope people realize it.”

De Niro's comments in his speech last month prompted the former president to brand the actor a “total loser” on his Truth Social platform.

“Robert De Niro, whose acting talent has greatly diminished and whose reputation is now destroyed, even has to use a teleprompter for his foul and disgusting language that is so disrespectful to our country,” Trump wrote.

“He is no longer seen in both the films and the FOOLS that destroyed the Academy Awards, turning it from one of the top shows in the country to an afterthought,” he added.

“De Niro should focus on his life, which is a mess, and not on the lives of others. “He has become a total loser while the world watches, waits and laughs!”

The two-time Oscar winner was outspoken in his criticism of the former president and intensified his criticism ahead of the 2016 election.

Last month he sent a statement to be read in his absence at the Stop Trump Summit organized by The New Republic magazine.

In November, De Niro was ordered to pay $1.2 million in damages to his former assistant as part of a gender discrimination lawsuit.

While the jury found that De Niro was not personally responsible for the abuse, it said that his company, Canal Productions, engaged in gender discrimination and retaliation against former assistant Graham Chase Robinson and made two payments totaling $632,142 she has to do.

DeNiro was accused of bullying Chase Robinson, and his former employee called him an idiot for demanding back scratches.

As he testified, he erupted and yelled, “Shame on you, Chase Robinson!” after denying he was an abusive boss.

De Niro has been embroiled in legal disputes with Robinson since her resignation in April 2019.

Both he and Chen took the stand during the week-long trial.
