The woman, now in her 30s, whose identity has not been released, claims to have met Mr Miller in 1999 when she was 11 years old.

At the time, “Audrey” was looking for girls as young as possible, even virgins, to introduce them to a man named “Bob,” with whom she agreed to meet at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, accompanied by a friend of the same age, according to the document.

““Bob” led us into the living room and offered us alcoholic drinks [sic]. Then he kissed us and asked us to suck his tongue […] “He told us that he considered us his own daughters and that he would take care of us,” the alleged victim says in the affidavit, specifying that she then told “Bob” that she was 11 years old.

She also claims she had full, unprotected sexual intercourse with him for a fee of $5,000.

There have been other similar meetings to the first one, she says. She claims to have seen it 30 times, from when she was 11 to when she was 20.

Robert Miller, who was until recently president of Future Electronics, is the target of several allegations of sexual assault against minors, including this class-action lawsuit and an $11 million lawsuit filed Oct. 3 by an alleged victim became.

“Threatened” by the police.

The alleged victim says she signed up for the class action lawsuit because of the numerous psychological stresses in her life. According to him, the police wanted to question him in 2009.

“They threatened me and told me I was a pimp as if I wasn’t a victim. I was very afraid […] I always denied everything, kept everything secret […] I felt like it was my fault. »

The allegations could not be proven in court.
