Documents filed in court by law firm Consumer Law Group and consulted by TVA Nouvelles show he allegedly had a victim who was as young as 11 years old.
In an affidavit, the woman, now in her 30s, whose identity has not been released, claims she met Mr. Miller in 1999 when she was 11 years old. “It was summer and I came to finish my sixth year.” I was standing with some teenagers who were much older than me and they had introduced me to a girl named Audrey. She looked for girls as young as possible, even virgins, to introduce to a man they called “Bob.” She arranged to meet “Bob” at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, and I went there with her, accompanied by my best friend who was my age (…) When we arrived, “Bob” took us to the lounge and bid us alcoholic drinks. He asked me my age and I told him I was 11. Then he kissed us and asked us to suck his tongue (…) He told us that he considered us his own daughters and that he would take care of us.”
In the document she describes having full, unprotected sexual intercourse with him. In return, she claims to have received an envelope containing $5,000. Other meetings similar to the first have taken place, she said. She claims to have seen it 30 times, from when she was 11 to when she was 20.
She states that she joined the call for a class action lawsuit because of the numerous psychological stresses in her life. According to her, the police wanted to question her in 2009. “They threatened me and told me I was a pimp, as if I wasn’t a victim.” I was very afraid (…) I always denied everything, kept everything secret (…) I had the impression that it My fault was that I would be told that I had no right to complain since I had agreed to go.”
