Singer Roberto Carlos, 81, today announced the end of his partnership with businessman Doddy Sirena. They maintained a professional relationship for over 30 years.

In a note, the singer’s advisor explained that they had made an amicable decision to split. The commitments and shows already signed will be carried out normally. Career management is now in the hands of Grupo RC.

Roberto engaged Sirena in 1992 for a tour of the south of the country, according to the magazine Isto É. The partnership extends and reaches abroad. During those 30 years, Roberto has performed in terrific shows in Jerusalem and Las Vegas, as well as creating his own cruise and recording with Luciano Pavarotti and Jennifer Lopez the song “Chegaste” was written by Kany García and became Globo’s 2016 yearend theme.
