Rock band Queen tops a definitive all-time list of artists Brits would most like to see live, according to a new poll.
Researchers polled the country’s music fans to find out which acts, past and present, we’d like to see live.
Queen, led by the late, great Freddie Mercury, took first place with 37 percent of the vote, relegating the Beatles to second place.
The band was formed in London in 1970 by vocalist Freddie Mercury, guitarist Brian May, drummer Roger Taylor and bassist John Deacon.
Respondents were given a list of artists ranging from Bob Marley to Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse to The Police, and chose each artist they would like to see live.

Icons: The Beatles took second place, with respondents given a list of artists ranging from Bob Marley to Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse to The Police, and choosing any artists they would like to see live
The Beatles came second in the list, with 27 percent voting for them as the act they would like to see on stage.
Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran was third in the list with a quarter of Brits (25 per cent).
Adele, who just extended her stay at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, came fifth with 24 percent.
Elvis came sixth in the poll with 23 percent.
Overall, a staggering 84 percent of the 2,000 people surveyed by the O2 Priority Tickets platform agreed that watching live music is one of life’s greatest pleasures.
When asked what they love most about live music, 66 percent said the atmosphere, 55 percent said it was a unique experience and 52 percent said it was the best for making memories.
A total of 64 percent said in the current climate they are happy to cut other costs to ensure they can continue to watch live entertainment.
