Rod Stewart needs a marquee to welcome his whole family at Christmas

Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster humorously asserted that they needed a marquee to celebrate Christmas with their “big” family.

The TV personality admitted there wasn't enough room in her home in the English county of Essex for all her children and grandchildren over the holidays. “We're having such a big family Christmas that Rod has talked about buying a marquee just for the dinner table,” Penny Lancaster told HELLO!.

The rock legend has eight children with five women and is now the grandfather of three grandchildren. The couple did not reveal which of their children would be visiting them and their sons Alistair, 18, and Aiden, 12.

After Christmas, the Maggie May singer and the Loose Women presenter are heading to Scotland to celebrate Hogmanay on December 31st. “We’ve never done Hogmanay before so this will be our first in Scotland,” he said. There will be lots of whiskey. »
