Rose Miriam’s team explain the letter condemning Gugu’s sexuality

A 2010 letter from Rose Miriam was released this Thursday (22), in which she claims his homosexuality is “a serious problem”. The doctor’s legal department commented on the matter.
They condemned the leak, explaining that the text was written at a turbulent time in their lives.
“Rose wrote this letter from the bottom of her heart, out of desperation to learn of the betrayal and bisexuality of her husband, whom she loved so dearly, and to protect her children as well. Though deeply depressed, she finds a way out of faith and her love for him,” read the letter, signed by attorney Nelson Wilians.
According to the document, this was the beginning of the “crisis” between Rose and the presenter. “From that moment, however, the couple find themselves in a marital crisis and Rose moves to Rio at Gugu’s request to protect the family. Finally, the note reaffirms the stable connection between Gugu and Rose. “The legislation to recognize a stable partnership is clear. Betrayal or the lack of sex which is not the case with Rose and Gugu are not in themselves elements that disqualify a stable partnership (…), Rose and Gugu claimed a public, infamous, longterm, continuous relationship with the goal to start a family and which was also riddled with marital crises. These are the elements that the judiciary assesses in a process of recognizing a stable connection. And in Rose’s case, “All of these questions can be broadly confirmed,” he concluded.
