Royal family say Harry won’t be welcome at King Charles’ coronation

Harry won’t go to the ceremony?

After the spate of allegations against the crown, Prince Harry will certainly not be welcome at his father King Charles’ coronation ceremony. It seems members of the royal family have already declared that they don’t want to spend any time with him should he fly to London. Their talks could result in another autobiographical book, the Sun wrote. It is not yet clear if Charles will invite Harry and if the prince will accept the invitation. The fact is everyone is hoping the Dukes of Sussex don’t return to the UK for the ceremony. They were all surprised and amazed by Harry’s revelations and the details of their lives that were revealed. A source told The Sun: “There have been talks between the family, including Prince Edward and Princess Anne.” King Charles appears resigned that his son will not be attending the May 6 event. In fact, he hopes he and Meghan Markle will find an excuse to stay in America.

Harry wanted to make up, but…

He has reiterated that he wants to reconcile with his father and brother, but Harry did not expect the consequences of the publication of his memoir to be devastating. The line of dignified silence chosen by King Charles in the “Spare” issue is proving successful. In the eyes of the public, royalty is taking the right stance and Harry seems to be losing even what little popularity he had with the English. He was popular when he was the kind and rebellious brother, but now he seems to have crossed a line of no return. The Duke of Sussex said on TV that he and Meghan were “forced” to flee Britain to “beautiful California” due to “abuse and harassment”. Heavy blow for the royal family and also for the British.

King Charles in public after the release of “Spare”

After the publication of Harry’s book “Spare” King Charles devoted himself to his first public engagement. In Aberdeenshire he is expected to visit the Aboyne and Mid-Deeside Community Shed and meet with local emergency relief groups.

The sale of “spare”

The English-language edition of Spare sold more than 1,430,000 books of all formats and editions in the US, Canada and the UK when it first hit bookstore shelves on January 10. More than 400,000 copies were sold in the UK in 24 hours, so many that it reached the level of Harry… Potter! Earnings are estimated at between £6m and £12m in a day.
