The remaining dates of Russell Brand’s tour have been canceled.

On Saturday (16.09.23) the British comedian was accused of rape and sexual assault by four women in a sensational newspaper article and documentary, and London’s Metropolitan Police announced on Monday that it had received a complaint against Russell Brand on Sunday.

In the joint investigation by The Times, The Sunday Times and Channel 4’s Dispatches, four women accused Russell Brand of rape or sexual assault between 2006 and 2013. The complaint filed with London police concerns an alleged incident that occurred in 2003. In a pre-emptive video following his release on Friday, the comedian denied all allegations against him and stressed that his relationships were “absolutely always consensual.”
