The actor was joined on Friday by his girlfriend Britney Theriot, 32, and his sons Tennyson Spencer Crowe, 16, and Charles Spencer Crowe, 18.
The 58-year-old was dressed casually in a black polo shirt and shorts of the same color as he zoomed around town on a scooter.
