Although he did not point to Ukraine for this attack, carried out by two drones armed with explosive devices, this incident nevertheless occurred following several similar explosions perpetrated by drones inside Russia’s borders, which resulted in the destruction of buildings and the deaths of residents these regions. Ukraine has never publicly admitted to being behind the blasts, but several Ukrainian officials have welcomed the news. So far, no official in Kiev has commented on the drone attack in the Pskov Oblate Region.
