According to the Ministry of Defense in Moscow, Russian anti-aircraft defense repelled 17 Ukrainian drone attacks on the annexed Crimean peninsula in the Black Sea. This morning the attempt by the “Kiev regime to carry out terrorist attacks” was thwarted, it was announced on Telegram.
Nine drones were destroyed and another eight were intercepted in the Black Sea and the Crimea region. The information could not be verified.
The Moscow-appointed governor of the port city of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvoshayev, said on Telegram that Russian air defense systems shot down five drones over the Black Sea near Sevastopol.
According to information from the Sevastopol rescue service, the wreckage of a crashed drone also fell into the courtyard of a private house. One man was injured. No serious damage to buildings in Sevastopol was reported.
